In order to organise, communicate, document and analyse the support events of your tools easily and transparently, we use our Tool Support Management Platform “TSM”.
The TSM platform can be integrated over the entire tool life cycle. The functionality covers order management up to error analysis and knowledge database your series production.
Developed in cooperation with our customers and programmed in-house, the TSM platform can be used as an efficient tool for predictive maintenance, thus increasing tool availability and reducing unplanned downtimes in series production.
